Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage online (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy) and offline sales channels (departmental stores, grocery marts). Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners. Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team. Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and drive conversions.
