Service Details:

• Our balcony cleaning service ensures thorough cleaning and maintenance of your balcony area to keep it clean and inviting.

Process:

• Sweeping and removal of debris and leaves.

• Washing of balcony floor and surfaces with appropriate cleaning agents.

• Scrubbing and cleaning of balcony railings and barriers.

• Wiping down of windows and window sills in the balcony area.

• Removal of cobwebs and insect nests.

• Disinfection of the balcony to eliminate germs and bacteria.

Please Note:

• Additional charges may apply for larger balconies.

• The service duration may vary depending on the size and condition of the balcony.

• For safety reasons, heavy or large items on the balcony should be removed prior to cleaning.

Terms & Conditions:

Please Note:

• No removal of paint, cement, or glue stains

• No cleaning of fragile or religious artifacts

• Garbage will be collected but not removed from the premises

• Maximum reimbursement for damage by staff: 20% of the service bill after inspection

Customer Obligations:

• Provide basic necessities such as water and electricity.

• Provide drinking water facility for the working staff.

• In case of any delay in the project due to missing necessities or other factors, additional charges for transportation and labor will apply for the next day’s work.

Cancellation Policy:

• If service is canceled, the customer is liable to pay 25% of the ticket amount or a minimum of ₹700.
