Terms & Conditions

Important Notes:

• No removal of paint, cement, or glue stains.
• Fragile or religious artifacts are not cleaned.
• Garbage is collected but not removed from the premises.

Damage Policy:

• In case of any damage or accident caused by the cleaning staff, 20% of the total service bill will be reimbursed after a complete inspection.

Customer Obligations

1. Basic Necessities:
   • Ensure that water and electricity are available for cleaning tasks.
2. Drinking Water:
   • Provide a drinking water facility for our staff.
3. Delay Management:
   • If there is a delay due to missing necessities or other factors, additional charges for transportation and labor will apply for the next day’s work.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of service cancellation, 25% of the ticket amount or a minimum of ₹700 will be charged.
