Damage Policy:

• If any damage or accident occurs during cleaning, 20% of the service bill will be reimbursed after inspection.

Customer Obligations

2. Provide Drinking Water for Staff:
   • Ensure a drinking water facility for the team.
3. Manage Delays:
   • Additional charges will apply for delays caused by missing necessities or factors outside our control.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% of the ticket amount or ₹700 (whichever is higher) will be charged in case of service cancellation.
