Description

Services Included:

• Complete deep cleaning of the apartment including the hall, room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony.

• Dusting and cleaning of fans, lights, windows, railings, cabinets, and switchboards.

• Dry vacuuming and cleaning of corners.

• Vacuuming of upholstery.

• Cleaning of all corners of the home.

• Full home dusting.

• Wiping of all mirrors.

• All window cleaning including grills.

• Cleaning of false ceiling and crevices.

• All doors cleaning.

• Cleaning of the floors.

Services Not Included:

• Cleaning of utensils.

• Cleaning of electronics from inside.

• Removing items from cupboards and drawers.

• Moving furniture.

• Wall washing.

• Sofa wash and mattress wash.

Please Note:

• Classic package does not include the use of a single disc machine.

• Sofa vacuuming and mattress vacuuming are not included in the classic package.

• The bathroom does not receive the same level of shine as in the premium package.

Terms & Conditions:

Note:

• No removal of paint, cement, or glue stains.

• No cleaning of fragile or religious artifacts.

• Garbage will be collected but not removed from the premises.

• For any damage or accident caused by the staff of the cleaning company, a maximum of 20% of the total service bill will be reimbursed by the company after complete inspection.

Customer Obligations:

• Provide basic necessities such as water and electricity.

• Provide drinking water facility for the working staff.

• In case of any delay in the project due to missing necessities or other factors, additional charges for transportation and labor will apply for the next day’s work.

Cancellation Policy:

• If service is canceled, the customer is liable to pay 25% of the ticket amount or a minimum of ₹700.
